Jet Lite Airways
JetLite Airways has introduced SMS Check-in, an exclusive self-service check-in facility for passengers of Jet Lite airways flights. Through this facility, passengers of domestic JetLite airfare flights can check-in anytime between 48 hours to 60 minutes prior to the flight departure time by sending a SMS. Passengers of international JetLite flights ticket need to check-in 4 hours prior the departure time of their flight. The SMS check-in facility is available even for passengers of connecting jet lite airways flights provided all the flights are on a single day. If the connecting flight is on the next day, then passengers need to check-in by sending a separate SMS.
Points to note for SMS Check-In facility:
- This facility is available only for passengers of holding confirmed and valid e-tickets for JetLite airways flights.
- SMS has to be sent to 56388 in the format: LiteC PNR Last Name/First name
- A confirmed seat aboard the JetLite airways will be assigned to you automatically on the basis of seat availability.
- Once a seat has been confirmed, passengers cannot offload themselves from the JetLite airways or change their seat preferences.
- Only the person sending the SMS can confirm his seat. In case, bookings have been made for multiple passengers under a single PNR, each passenger will have to send an SMS individually with their name and the PNR number to check-in for the Jet Lite airways flight.
- Passengers with cabin luggage need to report at the check-in counter for tagging their luggage at least 45 minutes prior to the departure time.
- Once checked-in, passengers with tickets to JetLite domestic flights need to collect their boarding passes from the JetLite check-in counter at the airport at least 30 minutes prior to the departure time.
- Passengers on international flights should collect their boarding passes at least an hour before the departure time of their JetLite airways flight.
- Unaccompanied minors and passengers with pets in hold, visual or hearing impairment and special requests such as extra seats, wheelchairs and stretcher cases are not eligible for this facility.
